Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us at succulhaus@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

The item must be in its original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. We process refunds only — no physical returns are required.
