Refund policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us at succulhaus@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be in its original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
• Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Non-refundable items: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

EU Customers: If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. We process refunds only — no physical returns are required.
